Access to the website
Before any use, the User is invited to check the compatibility of his hardware and computer configuration with the Website. The equipment (computer, software, telecommunication means, etc.) allowing access to the Website is the exclusive responsibility of the User, as are the telecommunication costs incurred by their use.

Advertising, hyperlinks and Youtube video
The Website does not accept any form of advertising and does not host or receive any advertising funds.
No link to the Website may be set up by a third party without prior written authorisation from Laboratoire Bernoulli.
The websites that the User may use to access the Website are not under the control of Laboratoire Bernoulli. Consequently, the Bernoulli Laboratory declines all responsibility for the content and use whatsoever of the linked websites or of any link contained in a linked website, or for any modification or updating of such websites. The Bernoulli Laboratory shall not be liable for access by Users to other resources present on the Internet network and available from hypertext links present on the Website.
The Website uses the Youtube integration feature to display and play videos from the provider "Youtube" which is owned by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 ESW5. Ireland ("Google"). Google does not, according to the provider's statements, initiate a backup of the User's information until the video(s) are played. If the embedded YouTube videos are played, "YouTube" cookies are used by the provider to collect information about the User's behavior. The User can consult the YouTube T&C and the privacy policy on the dedicated website.
Responsibility
The User acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills, equipment and means to access the Website. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with these general conditions of use and the regulations in force. The User undertakes not to disrupt the normal use of the Website.
It is forbidden to disseminate in any form whatsoever content that contravenes the rights of others or that is defamatory, insulting, obscene, offensive, violent or inciting to violence, political, racist or xenophobic and in general any content that is contrary to the laws and regulations in force, to the rights of individuals or to good morals.

The Bernoulli laboratory cannot be held responsible:

Personal data and cookies
Data controller and purposes: The information collected on the newsletter registration form is recorded in a computerized file administered by theAPHP and INRIA as joint data controllers. This information enables us to send you information and news about the Bernoulli Laboratory and its sphere of activity.
